PadelSmash is a web and mobile platform for padel players: finding players and games, organising public and private games and tournaments, tracking ratings and results, and buying closed-loop app credit and merchandise. It is not a licensed gambling operator, a payment institution or an e-money institution.

Card payments are processed by regulated payment providers, not by us: a commerce provider for store purchases and app credit, and, where lawfully enabled for a country, a separate provider for competition flows. We never store full card numbers.

If we cannot settle a complaint directly, EU consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. This does not affect your right to go to court.

The PadelSmash name, logo, interface, copy and design are owned by NOTSU OÜ. Club, brand and third-party names are the property of their owners and are used only to identify them. Content you post remains yours, under the licence set out in the Terms.
