Community, safety & fair play

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination on any ground, in chat, profiles or at the court.
• No sexual harassment, unwanted contact or persistent messaging after someone asks you to stop.
• No impersonation of another player, club, sponsor or of PadelSmash staff.
• No sharing another player's personal data, photos or contact details without their agreement.
• Keep chat about padel. No spam, scams, illegal content or unsolicited commercial offers.

• Join a game only if you intend to play. Other players and a paid court depend on it.
• Cancel as early as you can so the slot can be refilled; last-minute drop-outs and no-shows are recorded.
• Post an honest level. Deliberately understating your level to enter easier games is rating manipulation.
• Pay your share of the court cost as agreed in the game.

• One player submits the score; the opposing pair confirms it. Nothing moves until both sides agree.
• Ratings, streaks, badges and any settlement update only on a confirmed result.
• Do not agree a false score, swap results between games, or arrange an outcome in advance.
• Collusion between players to move ratings, tokens or prize pools is the most serious breach of these rules.

• If you disagree with a submitted score, open a dispute instead of confirming it.
• A dispute pauses ratings and any settlement until it is resolved.
• Both sides can add their account and evidence, such as photos of a scoreboard or chat context.
• We review the information available, decide, and record the outcome in the audit log. If evidence is inconclusive, a game may be voided and all holds released.
• Repeated bad-faith disputes are themselves a breach of these rules.

• Padel is a physical sport played at your own risk. Warm up, use suitable equipment and know your limits.
• Follow the rules of the venue you play at; the club is responsible for its courts and facilities.
• Meeting new players: use the in-app chat first, play at public clubs, and tell someone where you are playing.
• Report anything unsafe or abusive through the contact page. Serious incidents can be escalated to the police or the venue.
• PadelSmash does not run background checks on players and does not provide insurance.

• One account per person. Duplicate or automated accounts are removed.
• Do not self-refer, farm sign-ups, or invite accounts you control.
• Do not attempt to convert SmashTokens into cash between players — tokens are non-transferable by design.
• Do not try to bypass country, provider or age gating on competition features.

• Step 1 — a warning and, where relevant, a corrected result or rating.
• Step 2 — feature restrictions, such as losing access to prize play, chat or game creation.
• Step 3 — suspension, forfeit of promotional and earned tokens, and removal of affected rewards.
• Step 4 — permanent termination, and referral to authorities where the law requires it.

We aim to be proportionate and to tell you the reason. You can respond or appeal through the contact page, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
